The farmhouse is a large, group friendly RV compound with room for all your toys. The farm house is for those who have toys & want to come enjoy what the area has to offer AND see a concert. With capacity of 16 or more with RVs and tents this property is great for larger groups to enjoy shows together.

The house comfortably sleeps 6, there are (2) RV plug-ins, (50a & 30a), a 25x50 high bay shop to park your expensive toys and lots of grass & views! You are welcome to up to 3 RVs and 2 tents.

The space
'The Farm house' is a quintessential Columbia Basin farmhouse: a singlewide mobile home. It has been remodeled and updated but it's still a farmhouse! What it lacks in refinement is shines in character, privacy, fun times and views. The house is 2 bed and 2 baths with the 3rd bed being a push together sleeper sectional with a cushy queen topper. The brilliant concrete counter tops, built in ice maker and back bar are a perfect hang out spot.

Outside you can escape the weather under shade covered deck with BBQ and outdoor dining area.

We allow 3 RVs along with 2 extra tents. There's a 50a and 30a electrical connections adjacent to each shop. Speaking of shop, you'll have access to the majority of a pull through 25x50 with 14' doors shop.

Boat/Toy, extra vehicle parking: We have loads of room for our registered guests toys and vehicles.

We are located right off Silica Rd, just a mile and a half from the entrance to the amphitheater and minutes to (2) boat launches.
Guest access
You'll have access to a huge area. From the shops, across a giant gravel parking area with sprawling lawns to 50 or so feet north of the home. On each ends of the property will be 4-5 large RV campsites that can be booked separately.

We consider additional guest at additional costs and mandatory port-a-potty rental. Reach out and we can talk.

Why so strict? Accommodations near the amphitheater are in extremely high demand and guests book very early. Due to the early booking trends re-booking last minute can be challenging as most travelers have already planned their accommodations.

If we find a suitable replacement booking we will refund you whatever residual funds were collected from Airbnb. Please be aware we do not control funds and Airbnb fees are for you to deal with.

We will likely be onsite staying in our RV on one of the RV sites and can help you with anything you may need during your stay. Or call or message us through Airbnb. Please be aware, we are not a hotel, you may not be able to get ahold of us in the middle of the night.
